Why am I writing this

For the first six months of this year, I was at my best - pushing heavy weights, running long distances, trying new sports. I felt strong, fast, and fully in it, both physically and mentally.

But since July, my focus has shifted.

I still show up to the gym, but my head is elsewhere, on where the content world is headed, how businesses are adapting, how AI is changing the rules, and how coding could give me leverage.

I’m still putting in the work, but lately, it’s the mental reps that have been leaving me the most exhausted

This weekend, looking at my routine, it hit me that I’m doubling down on work more than the gym right now.

1 Insight

Life moves in seasons. The top three goals that keep you anchored don’t always get equal weight. Sometimes, the season calls for shifting focus, not because one matters less, but because another demands more.

Right now, the gym still gets 100% of me. But work and my future? They’re getting 150%. That’s not stepping away from training; it’s training to win in life.

Because fitness is a lifestyle. And the strength you build in one arena fuels your wins in every other.

1 Habit

Sunday Checkins.

I’ve said it before, weekends are precious.

Every Sunday, I check where I’m headed, what’s lagging, what needs urgency, and what my future should look like.

Some people say weekends are for chilling. For me, weekends and weekdays feel the same, because I know exactly where I’m going. And that clarity is liberating.

The Power of Seasons

“Those times when you get up early and you work hard, those times when you stay up late and you work hard, those times when you don’t feel like working, you’re too tired, you don’t want to push yourself, but you do it anyway. That is actually the dream. That’s the dream. It’s not the destination; it’s the journey.”

Some seasons are about physical limits. Others are about building something that will outlast you. The trick is to recognize which season you’re in and give it everything you have.

That’s it for this week!!!

This is my season of pushing harder at work, while still holding on to the things that keep me grounded.

If you’re in a different season right now, own it. Milk it. Live it.

Because the season will change, and when it does, you’ll want to know you gave this one everything you had.

Help your girl out, reply, and lmk what’s your verdict, and what should I write about next?
